Hailee and Cesar performed our roof inspection and were extremely thorough in explaining everything they found. The video walkthrough was especially helpful and added great context to the information they provided. It was clear they genuinely cared about the service they were delivering, and we felt confident moving forward with the recommended repairs within our budget. Hailee also kept me updated throughout the repair process, which I really appreciated. The roof technician, Diego, did an excellent job and even took the extra step to clear leaves from our walkway before wrapping up. Overall, a great experience. Hailee and Diego did a fantastic job. Replacement of 4 pipe boots. They were here on time, worked without stopping all morning, and were professional, extremely competent and the work was finished beautifully to match my other shingles. Would be happy to have them back to do more work in the future and will recommend them to my neighbors.

Roof Rescue did a wonderful job of helping me with my gutters, fascia repair, and roofing repairs. Torrential rain this spring overtaxed a couple of my 17yo downspouts and revealed a problem with rain leaking off the edge of my second floor roof through a big gap between the edge and the gutter. Other companies were not as responsive to my requests for estimates, and the ones who did seemed more interested in selling me gutter covers. However, the roof advisor for Roof Rescue, Hailee Williams, was very thorough, professional, competent, and knowledgeable. She inspected the problem areas and worked up an estimate for the work promptly. She made me feel like I had a friend in the roof business! The estimate was well in line with what online source said and the one other estimate a local company gave me. Roof Rescue got my business. Besides phone, text, and email communication, RR provided photos of the work in progress. Good thing, because the fascia repairman found unrefutable evidence of rot in the decking of my roof. Once the fascia repair and gutter replacement was done, Hailee and I reviewed the photos of the area. I watch enough HGTV (especially “Home Town” with Ben and Erin Napier) to know you’ve got to get rid of the rot so it doesn’t spread, and the repair the damage properly. Again, Hailee explained the process and costs to me. Yes, it was expensive; but again, the RR estimate was well within industry standards. And thank you for the customer loyalty discount!! So now the roof repairs are done. I will be highly recommending Roof Rescue to my friends and neighbors!
