Fire Damage Restoration in San Antonio, TX

Hailee and Cesar performed our roof inspection and were extremely thorough in explaining everything they found. The video walkthrough was especially helpful and added great context to the information they provided. It was clear they genuinely cared about the service they were delivering, and we felt confident moving forward with the recommended repairs within our budget. Hailee also kept me updated throughout the repair process, which I really appreciated. The roof technician, Diego, did an excellent job and even took the extra step to clear leaves from our walkway before wrapping up. Overall, a great experience. We would absolutely call them again for any future roofing needs.

David and Don with Roof Rescue have been great a roofing partner across multiple portfolios and have always delivered. As a construction advisor managing multiple million-dollar assets, I really appreciate vendors who know the technical side of roofing but also understand budgets, insurance, and the bigger picture. They understand storm damage, insurance claims, and large-loss projects. I highly recommend David and Don Davis with Roof Rescue.

I had an excellent experience with Roof Rescue. Hailee and Diego provided amazing service from start to finish. They were very communicative, polite, professional, and on time. What I appreciated the most was their honesty and transparency. They carefully inspected the issue, explained what was actually needed, and did not try to charge us for unnecessary repairs or extra work. They were thorough in making sure there were no other problems, and they resolved everything quickly. They also responded promptly when I reached out about my roofing issue, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Their customer service was excellent, and I truly have nothing but good things to say about this company. Special thanks to Hailee and Diego for being so helpful, honest, and professional. I highly recommend Roof Rescue.

Hailee and Diego did a fantastic job. Replacement of 4 pipe boots. They were here on time, worked without stopping all morning, and were professional, extremely competent and the work was finished beautifully to match my other shingles. Would be happy to have them back to do more work in the future and will recommend them to my neighbors.

This is the second posting. The first posting is below. Every part of the roof replacement was seamless. The process was totally handled by Hailee Williams. She dealt with the insurance company and worked extensively to get all of the process approved and funded. She kept me informed and involved but never stressed. The roof was replaced and the roofers did such a great job. They made sure to walk both yards (even used a magnet to pick up all the nails), and clean up all the materials. Left the yards totally clean. I was so impressed with their professionalism and I love my roof now. I would definitely recommend this company's to family and friends. Roof replacement negotiations are still on going but I had to leave a 10++ review for Hailee Williams. I’m so impressed with her integrity and willingness to make sure every little detail is worked out to the client’s benefit. She has gone above and beyond trying to be the go between us and the insurance company. It’s been seamless. You have a top notch employee.
